Must be a citizen of India. Candidates from Nepal/Bhutan or Tibetan refugees who settled before 1962 may also apply as per GoI norms.

What is the last date to apply for the 2026 recruitment?+
The last date to submit the online application is 10 July 2026 at 11:59 PM. Application fee payment deadline is 12 July 2026. No requests for extension will be entertained.
Can candidates from outside Uttar Pradesh apply?+
Yes, Indian citizens from other states can apply, but UP domicile candidates will receive preference as per recruitment rules. All candidates must produce a valid domicile or residence proof at the document verification stage.
Can I apply for more than one post?+
Yes, you may apply for multiple posts, but a separate application form and fee payment are required for each post. Applications for different posts must be submitted independently.
What documents do I need to upload at the time of application?+
At the application stage, upload: (1) Recent passport-size photo (JPG, max 50KB), (2) Scanned signature (JPG, max 20KB). Other original documents (Aadhar, mark sheets, caste/domicile certificate) are required only at document verification after the written examination.
Is there negative marking in the written examination?+
No, there is no negative marking in the written examination. The paper will consist of 100 objective MCQ questions carrying 1 mark each. Duration will be 2 hours.
Can I edit my application after submission?+
Certain fields (such as address, phone number, and uploaded photo) can be edited during the correction window from Upcoming. However, name, date of birth, category, and post applied for cannot be altered after final submission.
How will I receive my admit card?+
Admit cards will be available for download on the official portal (uphealth.org.in) from Upcoming. You will also receive an SMS and email alert on your registered contact details. No admit card will be sent by post.
What is the mode of fee payment?+
Application fee must be paid online through SBI Collect (Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI). Cash payment or demand drafts are not accepted. Keep the payment receipt/transaction ID safe for future reference.
