Jan Swasthya Rakshak — Frontline community health workers responsible for disease surveillance, health education, and preventive care at the grassroots level.
Swasthya Paryavekshak — Supervisory role overseeing primary health centres, coordinating public health programmes, and managing health records at block level.
Data entry, record management, health portal operations, and IT support at district-level health offices and CHCs across Uttar Pradesh.
All applicants must meet the following general and post-specific eligibility criteria before submitting an application.
Must be a citizen of India. Candidates from Nepal/Bhutan or Tibetan refugees who settled before 1962 may also apply as per GoI norms.

Post-wise qualification required: 12th Pass for Health Guard; Graduate for Supervisor; Graduate + Computer Cert. for Computer Operator.
